Basiland starts the way every good afternoon starts: with a flat green field and
a pile of bricks. You lay them down, snap them together, and the world begins to
take you seriously — water finds the lowest brick, carts roll down the slope you
built by accident, and the neighbours move into the house you only meant as a wall.
What you do
- Build. Thirty-odd brick kinds, no grid police. Snap, rotate, paint.
- Wire it. Levers, rails, pressure plates. A door is a door until you teach it to count.
- Invite people. Up to eight builders in one world, no server to rent.
Where it stands
Alpha. The brick set and the physics are in; weather, seasons and the creature
layer are being drawn. We ship a build most Fridays and read every report.
The first thing anyone builds is a tower. The second is a way to knock it down.
