Tessel: Auto Build arrives

Building by hand is the point of Tessel. Watching a machine do it perfectly is,
it turns out, the other point.

Auto Build takes a blueprint and assembles it part by part in front of you.
Destroy does what it says. Rebuild is the same sequence backwards and it is the
button everyone presses most.

Blueprints are bought with bones and stay in your account across devices.
